What is UC&C?

What is UC?

This can include control, management and integration of these channels. UC products and services can also be integrated with networks and systems, IT business applications and, in some cases, consumer applications and devices.” - Gartner.

For example; two employees discuss a task via VoIP, this is communication. If they were to share screens and edit documents together, this is collaboration.
