Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered for the event via the event website you will receive a confirmation email which should be sufficient for visa applications.

UC EXPO takes place on 30 September - 1 October at ExCeL London.

UC EXPO is a business to business event and whilst we welcome students to join us and discuss technology with exhibitors, we do restrict entry to after 12pm on Day 2 (Thursday) of the event.  Students will not be granted access on Day 1, or the morning of Day 2.

UC EXPO is a business to business event so event registration and attendance is restricted to over 16s only. No one under the age of 16 will be admitted to the event.

Due to data protection laws, you cannot register a colleague on their behalf, but you can invite them along to the event! Just make sure they register before 19.00 on 28 September 2020 to avoid the £35 administration fee.

Journalists, analysts and bloggers are all welcome at UC EXPO and are hosted in the fully equipped press office.

The press office has computers and printers, telephones, chairs, tables and refreshments. Exhibitor press packs will be available, as well as information regarding the show itself. The press office is only available for registered members of the press.

All registrations will be approved by our PR agency.

Badges, event previews and seminar programmes will be sent out from early July 2020. Badges can also be printed using your unique badge code (detailed in your confirmation email) on arrival at the event.

In the rare circumstances that you don't receive your badge you can use the badge code in your confirmation email to print another one on the day. If you forget your badge code then the registration kiosk can locate your registration details to print your entry badge.

The seminar and keynote sessions are FREE to attend and seating is based on a first come first served basis.

Yes, there is a cloakroom where you can leave your belongings. It is located is downstairs in between S4 and N4.
