ENTRANCE

ExCeL entrances are fully ramped and accessible. Once inside, events on the first floor can be accessed via stairs or lifts. The entrances are fully accessible and the foyer entrances are sensor-activated. At ExCeL London, all public entrances allow for access by wheelchair via low-gradient ramps and an automatic door. Once inside the venue, all floors are level, offering unobstructed access.

WHEELCHAIRS

The venue has a lot of room for wheelchairs and has some self-propelled wheelchairs available for use within the venue. All of our stands have ramp access ensuring it is easy for you to speak to vendors. Wheelchairs can be hired at the venue on the day.

GUIDE DOGS

UCX welcomes all Guide and Assistance Dogs. Guide and Assistance Dog owners have important rights under the Equality Act 2010 meaning they are legally permitted to enter establishments where the public are admitted. INDUCTION LOOPS

Induction loops are available if required, if possible please request them prior to the event by emailing our operations team at support@imagotechmedia.com . Additionally, some theatres have silent headsets at hand.
