Suresh has diverse experience of working in various roles across the SDLC. He strives to mature Automation practice as a key enabler to drive business change benefits and is a strong believer in new age AI Technologies. AI technology has moved from science fiction to business fact, to meet today’s challenges and prepare for the future Suresh believes enterprises should look at AI solutions that integrate with their infrastructure and data strategy.

His focus areas area are AI, Natural language processing, BOTS, Intent detection, conversational AI through variety of channels to improve customer engagement. His keen interest is to bring together machine learning and business customer engagement principles to help demonstrate the advantages of applying AI to real problems within the financial industry.
