Katherine is the Group Customer Experience Director at Cazoo, who are on a mission to make getting your next car no different to ordering any other product today. Customers can simply and seamlessly purchase, finance or subscribe to a car entirely online for delivery in as little as 72 hours. The business was founded at the end of 2018, launching to the public a year later and recently became the most valuable UK business ever to launch on the New York Stock Exchange. Katherine oversees the Customer Experience function, spanning Customer Support, Customer Experience, Training & Development and CRM and is accountable for the customer experience delivered by the 500+ customer facing employees; from the Delivery Specialists on the road to the Service Specialists and Customer Centre Specialists in the 19 physical sites across the UK. Cazoo will be launching in France and Germany later this year.
Prior to her foray into the startup world, Katherine worked in a number of customer focused roles across larger organisations, including Paddy Power Betfair, Procter & Gamble and the WPP network.
