

Adam has over a decade of global experience in the e-commerce industry, working across both customer and merchant experience, with a user first perspective on every initiative. Starting as a first-level CS agent in London and progressing through roles and countries, including setting up a contact center in Chennai, India, heading Customer Service for Germany, Austria and Switzerland in Berlin, insourcing support teams to Shared Service Centres in Poland and more recently driving Global Merchant Experience as Business Operations Director, Adam drives positive change through collaboration and coordination of diverse teams and strategies. With an ethos that no process is ever perfect and every problem has a multitude of solutions, collaboration is king.
